I practice Qigong since about 50 years and learned Bamboo Qigong as part of Zhong wujigong. I must admit. For me at the beginning I didn't think this qigong was it for me. So after a period of not practicing it a lot, I decided to start teaching it for my elderly and students weakened by disease. Besides realizing how powerful a tool it is for this group of people, I noticed over time that the qigong had a greater impact on me than I realized. So nowadays I rank this among my own favourite practices

What if my plans change and I end up traveling to a different city?

The classes online, so wherever you have access to internat you have access to your classes and your coach

What if I am unhappy with the information in the course?

The course is meant to get you to practice and the coach is there to help you finetune to your personal needs. At times you might feel advise is maybe wrong, but talk about it and see how far you can try.

Do you set up follow up courses?

After the bamboo Qigong course is finished you keep having access to the coaching group and the coach, ofcourse. But when your health is dramatically improved you might end up wantin g to participate in level 3 or other practices, or become a Bamboo Qigong Instructor. For all these things and mlore there are courses present for you. Daoland is an extensive and holistic program.

I am terrible at concentration. Do you think this would be a good course for me?

Over time I came to realize that many people have concentration or focus issues. You can take as long as you like to complete the course. But you will find the course is set up in a way that lets you practice the whole set from the beginning, and then gradually lets you focus in on a particular move to increase your concentration step by step through repetition. This is a method that has proven itself over time. All it needs is your discipline to actually practice frequently. Agree with your coach on that frequency.
