In our program we work to gradually extend our existing program of live and pre-recorded classes in Qigong, Yoga, Taijiquan, meditation and Breathwork rooted in Daoist Yangsheng, or health cultivation.
The classes are at different times of the day, You could also sign up for instructor classes and you might end up as one of the instructors in the program. But our core goal is to help people develop broad spectrum health, to prevent premature aging, deal with chronic health issues, and prevent the onset of acute diseases, reduce allergies, improve digestion and breath capacity, deal with body pains, and lack of mobility.

Types of Live Gongfu Fitness and counting
You will find many different kinds of Restorative Daoist practices from China in our live classes program. The purpose is to develop broad spectrum health.
The Daoland health strategy is unique in several aspects:
1. it uses a unifying theory between practices based on self experience for which we offer a language.
2. Because each persons health or absence of it is different anoften fractiured, we offer a wide variety of classes and follow up studies to approach yourself from different angels.
3. All daoist exercise arts start with the principle of only exercising at your own level and gradually increasing your range to not damage or exhaust yourself.
4. It is based on the notion that if you are good at something you gain fitness, but at other fields you are problematic at best. This has to be overcome to gain proper health that can bring you a long and happy life.
5. As a practitioner you always need to have access to reliable support and advise by a classified teacher. So this accessibility on every level is a key principle of the program. No matter how good or beginner you are you have the same rights and options.

Pre-recorded Video Classes
We currently have a lot of video classes in our library, and are adding more every week.
There are also classes available that are not currently in our weekly program but that we aim to get in there, such as the wudang fitness levels 1, 2 and 3, agility, strength, and standing jing practices.
For the bamboo qigong there are additions such as bamboo for people bound to practice in a chair or when in bed.
There are yoga sessions, but there are also a variety of health practices for different purposes that we are currently working on.
The idea of this is that you can further work on the issues of your health that you might need. You might want to discuss with a coach or teacher what program to follow if you have serious health issues.
The secret of Chinese medicine is that only you can get yourself back to full health, and you do so by exercise, and possibly by learning how to eat properly, for we have a program too.
Most important, your package is for your whole family unit, to help you build your own family healthcare preventing all kinds of health issues, and resolving others.

Types of Learning Formats
The Daoland program was created with the support of Wudang Daoist masters to offer convenient access to in depth study and practices for the lay person and the professional. The program serves a bit like a library.
For instance We offer classes that run 15, 30 or 60 minutes offering you a coherent set of exercises to work with. These are time based free form classes.
There are also health specific practices that offer solutions for ailments. That is a gradually expanding library.
There are also informative articles and videos to watch to learn more about what these things are about.

Wudang's Daoist Yoga: stretching life
Play Yoga is to help you remobilize based on the health issues you bring into the class and the seasonal changes. Every session is different due to the democratic input of all participants. The classes contain many sitting practices, self massage, skin maintenance and meditation.
Breath Yoga is a step by step alchemical process leading you over time through different breath practices where the first makes the second possible. You learn to use breath as a wrench as well as an informer, as a battery and as a motivator. The practice is diverse, even though the set is fixed. It includes Iron finger practice and dantian alchemy. It helps to regulate mood, slow down breathing and strenghten your body.
The classes are under guidance of Daoist teacher You Li-Ou.
Wudang Daoist Qigong: tune in to life
Our top rated Bamboo Qigong is part of the Zhongwujigong Daoist cosmological learning cycle. Bamboo qigong is a great restorative and supportive practice that clarifies all the basic principles of authentic qigong. You are brought in a gradual transformation process based on body form and posture correction, proven to use influence on the way our body adapts to pressures over time.
Included in the program is a 1x per month Zhong Wujigong learning session. This top level of daoyin/qigong does focus on jing qi and shen, but also on rooting our mind and body in awareness and participation with Dao.
The Qigong classes are under guidance of Daoist teacher You Li-Ou and the Daoland Instructor team.
Wudang Daoist Taijiquan: wrestle yourself free
Wudang's Taiji Gongfu is a superb a-symetric health practice that also enhances your spatial awareness, balance, memory and co-ordination. It also provides you with tools for more assertive but peaceful behavior and the struggles of daily life. One class is based on longform practice, the other is based on internal cultivation in Wudang Taijiquan.
Taijiquan is what binds together many skills from other daoist movement arts together, and you will see results from the other classes come back in your taiji practice.
The Taiji short form we use as a vehicle to explain specifics of the taiji neidan and dandao process. Taiji means polarisation, and in this class we play with that polarisation process.
The Taijiquan classes are under the guidance of Daoist teacher You Li-Ou.
