This course is for aspiring meditators who want a fun and effective way to grasp and explore the fundamentals. We start with the basics: the parts of the preparation of the body, tuning in, meditation techniques, and closing with self care. Every lesson contains guiding pointers, introduction, links with yijing and daoist/chinese medicine, as well as how to integrate meditation in other practices (such as acupuncture, massage, taiji gongfu etc), and ofcourse in daily life, communication, conflict resolving etc.
By the end of this course, you’ll not only have a working knowledge of how to meditate, but be able to meditate the rest of your life in the most effective way possible, grasping the essentials of neidan-internal meditative alchemy. You are also ready to step into the mystical alchemy of body, mind and personhood according to how daoists deeloped this over 2500 years.

Vipassana is the preparation for meditation. Regulating the body through yogic fitness helps build up towards the actual meditative process

You’ll learn how to tune your meditation through adresing your inner state towards the three spiritual realms of Heaven, Earth and Water through a simple ritual of embedding, using incense.

Not to tell you a sad story, but I learned meditation as a necessity trying to deal with an acquired kidney disease from birth. Due to the early on adopttion of meditation and the invstigation of mental states, body manipulation with yoga, qigong, and later ritual, taiji gongfu, and other methods, as well as joining Tibetan Buddhist and Daoist religious communities, I gradually mastered Meditation as a way of life.
